Who we are
HeadHandHeart was created as a response to being made redundant. My challenge was to find a job with the same pay and status. Little did I realise that this is familiar territory for many people with 1 in 5 employees believing that they will be made redundant in the next 12 months. More interestingly , 71% said that if it did happen it would be difficult to find another job with parity of pay and grade.
Having not needed to attend an interview since the beginning of my career, suddenly I was faced with an unfamiliar process in a highly competitive market, and no-where to turn to for practical advice or guidance.
It was during this time that it became apparent that I needed to review my strategies and develop a new approach to the entire process. The plan that I put together led me to a series of successful consultancy roles, and was the springboard for HeadHandHeart.
Many of our clients are people who feel under-valued, dissatisfied in their current role or feel that their career has stagnated in some way.
We are a values-led business. Our aim is to make a valued contribution to the lives of individuals and communities of all types, as well as to be financially successful
