Which ones would be helpful for me?
Which tests you take depends on many factors such as whether you consider yourself to be in the right sort of occupation and how well you know yourself.
While we will provide an individual psychometric test, we prefer to bundle tests together so that you get a holistic view which has a degree of verification from the other tests.
We strongly recommend FIRO B, MBTI, Insights or Thomas International (DISC) to be combined with two of the following:
- Strong Interest Inventory
- Emotional intelligence rating
- Learning styles
- Watson Glaser Critical thinking appraisal
Uniquely our feedback sessions with a qualified practitioner are recorded so that you can listen to it later. We recommend that you listen to it with good friends, your partner or even your colleagues or line manager. in fact anyone that you trust as this type of reflective practice helps you to get as much out of the process as possible.
