Evaluating your skills and achievements that give you personal satisfaction is the key to establishing your direction. Your skills, abilities and competencies are all attributes that make you employable. However you may only value certain aspects of the role that you currently fill.
We are trying to establish which of your skills, abilities and competencies are the ones that you find satisfying and establish why you find them rewarding.
