The purpose of our questionnaire is to:
- To spot your current skills and evaluate them
- To spot which skills you use most
- To spot the skills you like using most
It takes just a little time to look at who you are, what you do, why you do it and pin down which bits feel good and which don’t. If you can also highlight your own potential maybe that’s your ticket for a more interesting journey.

Some of your skills might have lain fallow so long you thought they’d disappeared or can’t even remember them. You may also believe that your competencies have no currency beyond the confines of your current job, or industry sector. We’d like to shine the spotlight on these, as your perception is not necessarily reality. You may also have talents that only get used properly outside work either in recreation or voluntary work.
