Sometimes we become know that there are difficult times ahead because the financial markets are turbulent. At other times more personal factors require us to modify our approach to our career. In these situations you need to take stock and think of alternatives in case anything untoward happen.

A employ-ability check-up looks at your state of readiness and capacity to respond. Together we can evaluate the present and build a contingency plan to deal with an uncertain future. These sessions are designed to deal with a variety of situations. If you are thinking of the possibility of making a change or suspect that a change might be imposed on you, this first step is crucial to taking control.
