Relating competencies to roles

When your CV is being reviewed or you are being interviewed you are being screened against an organisation's competency framework. Most people don't know it, but there are only 12 competencies that are generally measured according to research by the Chartered Institute of Personal Development. Having worked at a high level in Human Resources we understand these organisational frameworks from top to bottom, its not that we know about how to write a CV or how to interview. We have expertise of the end-to-end process. Crucially this includes how to effectively train these skills so that you can successfully develop your career
